The official software for controlling all series of WhatsMiner was released by WhatsMiner manufacturer MicroBT and is called WhatsMiner Tool. It is a multipurpose program with versions in Chinese and English that can assist users with managing sub-accounts, batch operations, and static IP settings in addition to monitoring miner status, updating firmware and setting mining pools and miners.

Another important feature of WhatsMiner is the ability of users to diagnose and self-repair problems with malfunctioning miners. Error codes can be displayed in the status section when something goes wrong with the miner.
Here is a list of error codes that we strongly advise every WhatsMiner user to keep on hand because they can be used to solve nearly 80% of issues.
